For the past 4 years, Adriana has worked exclusively for a private equity firm negotiating approximately $30M worth of gross sales on behalf of her client along with managing a sales team to achieve over $70M in sales from 2010-2013.

Outside of her sales experience, Adriana has managed the process of acquiring and rehabbing distressed real estate for the flip and rental funds. Adriana has worked directly with Trustees, Contractors, Attorneys, Title Officers, and Investors throughout each step of the process to identify risk and negotiate accordingly to close transactions. In the later part of 2012, Adriana took over the management of a 300 unit portfolio of single family properties as property manager. She worked diligently to stabilize the portfolio without any prior property management experience. Adriana built strong tenant relationships in order to reduce the number of delinquent accounts and lower vacancy rates. Adriana is serving as the paralegal to in house counsel for the firm where she is the initial point of contact for legal issues arising in the course of business.

Adriana’s immense real estate experience and knowledge in addition to her ability to close transactions is a primary reason why her clients continue to come to her for her services and advice year after year.

Roberto is the Corporate Analyst for a private equity firm where he oversees the auction and renovation processes for the firm’s acquisitions across 5 states.  He drafted many of the SOP’s for the company including the Renovations Process Guide and the Analyst Acquisitions Training Manual utilized by all underwriters to purchase both rental and flip properties. Prior to taking on a management role in the company, Roberto underwrote and purchased over 300 single family properties throughout Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda Counties for both the company’s rental and flip strategies.

Additionally, Roberto is the Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Bay Area and Las Vegas rental funds. In this capacity, he uses his experience and relationships with property managers, general contractors, and other vendors to minimize vacancy and maximize yields.

Roberto has worked alongside Adriana responding to general sale inquiries, sourcing profitable investments, and building relationships with clients and investors.  His Real Estate experience coupled with his legal education is an invaluable resource to clients.
